How many impressions will my mobile billboard have?

Each mobile billboard is linked to an online portal allowing customers to track their impressions live. The map data provides both impression counts and GPS tracking with demographic data.

How much does a mobile billboard cost?

Costs vary for each advertising campaign. Pricing takes into account the quantity of billboards, length of campaign, the driving route of the truck, and an estimated quantity of impressions.

Where will my mobile billboard travel?

Our trucks service regular areas. Customers can choose which trucks they wish to use for their advertising campaign. In addition, our devices allow customers to monitor the location of their outdoor advertisement.

When will my advertisement be viewed?

Our trucks drive during regular business hours throughout the day. The majority of the time will be spent on highways during peak traffic time and in between populated cities and streets.

What is the minimum advertising duration?

HaulerAd’s requires a 1-week minimum advertising duration. Customer can choose the start date of their marketing campaign.

What happens if my advertisement gets damaged?

We will replace the damaged advertisement at no extra cost. In addition, any downtime will be added to the length of a campaign.

Device FAQ

We install a device in our vehicles to track impressions and GPS data.

How far is the range of the Device?

Depending on the physical environment, the device reaches approximately a 25m range.

How accurate is the Device?

We have done extensive testing to ensure the best estimates of impressions.

Printing Specifications

MEDIA

We can accept your files via email, CD, DVD, USB Flash drive or by File Transfer.

FILE FORMAT

We DO accept: .indd, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .TIFF, .JPEG, and .PDF (Vector only)

We DO NOT accept: Microsoft Word Documents, or PowerPoint files

If sending Photoshop files, un-flattened files are preferred for better colour adjustment. We are currently working on an Adobe CC.

Please note: we archive our own files, but please do not send the sole copy of your original file. We cannot guarantee that we can return it to you.

COLOURS

Provide all colours in your files as Pantone colours. We CANNOT guarantee color match when files are received in CMYK format. Spot colours will be matched as close as possible to the provided proof.

PROOFS

A colour proof should always accompany your files for accurate reproduction.

FONTS

Fonts should ALWAYS be converted to outlines. If you are unable to do so, a font suitcase MUST be supplied.

FILE RESOLUTION

We require between 50 to 150 DPI at FINISHED size for optimum output. Resolution size is dependent on which machine the job will be printed on, please see your Sales Representative for details.

BLEED

All files require a 2-inch bleed. Please contact your Sales Representative for details.

FILE TRANSFER

Please use methods of transfer such as Wetransfer, Dropbox, Hightail, etc.
